keeps crashing - needs an update!

It used to be a great program but lately it will not download more than one song at a time and some songs will just crash rather than download. It will also just randomly just crash. Ive deleted and re-installed it and still have the problem. This would be a great program again if theyd fix these bugs and make an update.
